1. About us

2. Our services

We provide social media marketing, video production and editing, thumbnails, advertising management, SEO, branding and online training (including live classes). The exact scope, price and deliverables of each service or class are shown on our website or agreed with you in writing or on WhatsApp.

3. Prices and payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Ongoing services are billed monthly as agreed with you. You may pause or cancel with notice.
• We may change prices or offers at any time. Changes do not affect payments already made.

4. Live classes and digital products

• After a successful payment you will receive joining or access details on the WhatsApp number or email you provided.
• Class dates, timings and language batches (such as Bengali or Hindi) may be rescheduled. We will inform you in advance.
• Class content is for your personal learning. Please do not record, copy, resell or share it without our written permission.

5. Refunds

Payments are refundable as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us correct information, including a valid phone number and email.
• Provide the content, access and approvals we need to deliver our work on time.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of the platforms we work on, such as Meta, Google and YouTube.

7. Results

We work hard to grow your business online, but results depend on many things we do not control, including your market, budget, platform changes and audience behaviour. We do not guarantee specific followers, views, leads or sales.

8. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your brand, accounts and the content you give us. Our website design, class material and our own templates belong to Prince X Digital. We may show non-confidential work and the names of our clients in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prince X Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, payment gateways, internet failures or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

10. Third-party services

Our website links to or uses third-party services such as Cashfree Payments, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its update date.
